Tide Pools is a program designed around the client and family that are just beginning to explore homecare. We have found that introducing care to clients by starting small, there is a better chance our client will be more open to full time care when the need arises. These fun, four hour services are meant to get your feet wet!
Our Smooth Sailing care plans are designed to empower our clients and their families to feel safe and supported by dedicated caregivers and case managers. They offer a full range of care for a set number of hours per day, based on the care needs. The mission of Smooth Sailing is to provide an optimal situation where there is continuity of care and constant expert oversight even in the midst of changing health conditions or many transitions.
